Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, including removing debris and waste.
- Follow all safety protocols and instructions provided by site supervisors.
- Perform site preparation tasks such as digging, shoveling, and leveling.
- Hand tools and heavy equipment as directed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of safety regulations is a plus but not required.
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
