Responsibilities
- Perform various manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and moving materials on and off construction sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily operations and site preparation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools (e.g., drills, saws, forklifts) as trained.
- Transport tools and materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Follow project blueprints and instructions provided by site supervisors.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is preferred but not required.
- Must be available for full-time hours, including potential overtime.
- Steel-toed boots are mandatory.
