Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks including framing, drywall, and carpentry.
- Perform site cleanup, including debris removal, trash hauling, and equipment maintenance.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely under supervision.
- Assist with excavation, concrete pouring, or ground preparation as directed by the project manager.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly over the course of a shift.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards and site safety requirements.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow both verbal and written instructions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; trade school experience is a plus.
