Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks on job sites.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools efficiently.
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment, such as forklifts and skid steers, following strict safety protocols.
- Perform general cleanup of work areas to maintain a safe and organized environment.
- Assist in excavation, concrete pouring, and framing activities as needed.
- Ensure all work complies with OSHA safety standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License is required.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts.
- Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
