Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading construction materials and equipment at job sites.
- Operate basic construction machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
- Prepare and clean job sites, ensuring a safe and organized environment.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Perform general labor tasks, including digging, hauling, and debris removal.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and other crew members.
- Perform minor maintenance and repairs under supervision.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Must wear steel-toed boots and provide basic personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Physically fit and capable of working in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety instructions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team.
