Responsibilities
- Perform general physical labor including digging, shoveling, and lifting heavy materials.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and organize job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and work orders when applicable.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
