Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various site duties, including framing, drywalling, and cleanup.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Follow blueprints, diagrams, and verbal instructions from the site supervisor.
- Transport heavy materials between different work zones efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, climbing, and standing for long periods.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
