Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools (power drills, saws, etc.) safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by cleaning debris and organizing tools.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime.
