Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks including digging, carrying materials, and cleaning job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, drywall hanging, painting, and flooring installation.
- Operate and maintain basic construction equipment and power tools safely.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Unload and organize construction materials and supplies from delivery trucks.
- Support the crew with site preparation, concrete pouring, and finishing tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents and delays.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is highly desirable.
