Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in site preparation, including clearing, digging, and leveling.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and distribute building materials, tools, and equipment to the job site.
- Machinery Operation: Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- General Cleanup: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Assistance: Help skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We welcome entry-level applicants willing to learn.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform heavy physical labor, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in various weather conditions.
