Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including digging, loading/unloading materials, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation and cleanup
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized work zones
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and blueprints
- Transport materials using carts, dollies, and light equipment
- Complete daily timecards and equipment logs accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or manual labor experience
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- OSHA 10-Hour certification preferred (will train)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
