Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including digging, lifting, and hauling heavy materials to job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with various on-site tasks.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and safety plans.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the Site Supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically capable of performing heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).
- Basic knowledge of construction safety (OSHA 10 preferred but not required).
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Valid Driver's License is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
