Responsibilities
- Perform various manual labor tasks on construction sites, including digging, lifting, and hauling materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily operations.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and verbal instructions to complete tasks accurately.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and organize construction sites.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to the site supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus but not required (willing to train the right candidates).
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for long periods in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
