Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials and equipment at job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks and material handling.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under strict supervision and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to OSHA and company safety standards.
- Follow blueprints and verbal instructions to ensure quality workmanship on all projects.
- Perform essential physical labor including digging, lifting heavy objects, and site cleanup.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy loads (50+ lbs).
- Basic math skills and the ability to read simple measurements.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but training is provided for motivated candidates.
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and punctuality.
