Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks on the construction site.
- Load, unload, and distribute materials and tools to work areas.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and waste disposal.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols strictly.
- Help in the setup and breakdown of temporary site facilities.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; however, we value work ethic over formal education.
- Basic math skills for reading measurements and blueprints.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- No prior construction experience is required.
