Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks, including framing, drywall, and painting.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools on job sites.
- Perform basic site cleanup, including debris removal and sweeping.
- Operate power tools and equipment under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Transport materials between storage and work areas as directed.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to the Site Supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of construction safety is a plus, but not required.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and adhere to a strict schedule.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
