Job Overview
You will be responsible for supporting our crew on various job sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. If you are physically fit and ready to learn, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks, including digging, leveling, and concrete finishing.
- Operate heavy machinery and hand tools (e.g., jackhammers, saws) following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area by removing debris and hazardous materials.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and instructions from the Site Supervisor.
- Perform general site preparation, including excavation and grading.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions, including high heat.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but experience is valued over education.
- Physical stamina required for standing, walking, and working on uneven terrain.
- Must be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
