Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools (hammers, saws, drills, etc.) and light machinery safely
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material installation
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Read blueprints and follow verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs) and physically demanding tasks in varying weather conditions
- Complete daily equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or relevant trade school certification
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Proficiency in basic hand/power tools and construction terminology
- Strong work ethic with punctual, reliable attendance
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse team environments
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as project demands require
