Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Load/un construction materials and maintain organized work areas
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Perform physical tasks including lifting (up to 50 lbs) and extended standing
- Collaborate with team members on residential/commercial projects
- Complete daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical examination
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and learn quickly
- Must pass mandatory background check
- Basic math skills for material counting
