Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in site preparation, including clearing debris, excavation, and leveling ground for new construction projects.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Operational Support: Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision; assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by following all safety protocols and cleanup procedures.
- Demolition: Assist in light demolition and renovation tasks as required by project managers.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting, bending, and standing.
- Experience: Previous construction labor experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Tools: Willingness to provide your own basic safety gear (steel-toed boots, hard hat) or obtain them upon hire.
- Safety Conscious: Strong commitment to following safety regulations and wearing protective equipment at all times.
- Reliability: Ability to work full-time hours with a positive and team-oriented attitude.
