Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, drywall, and painting.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Clean and prepare job sites, including debris removal and site preparation.
- Follow all safety regulations and site protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy items.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically fit and capable of performing heavy labor for long shifts.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must have a valid driver’s license (preferred but not required).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
