Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with precision and safety
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Maintain job site cleanliness and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other trade professionals
- Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with specifications
- Assist in material inventory management and procurement
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Must possess valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience with power tools (saws, drills, nail guns)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and flexible schedule
- Background check and drug screening required
