As a Construction Laborer, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. You will assist in various aspects of construction projects, ensuring that our sites remain organized, safe, and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Perform general site cleanup, including removal of debris and waste materials.
- Load, unload, and organize building materials at job sites.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Assist with basic tasks such as digging, carrying, and setting up scaffolding.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company guidelines strictly.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project efficiency.
- Transport tools and equipment to and from job sites as needed.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and outdoor environments.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
