Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and prepare construction materials and tools for use.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and general cleanup.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Operate basic construction equipment and machinery under supervision.
- Transport debris and waste from the job site to disposal areas.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and foremen.
- Perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting, bending, and standing.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods and lift up to 50+ lbs.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards and practices is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
