Responsibilities
- Assist with daily site preparation, cleanup, and debris removal.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under direct supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and site regulations strictly.
- Communicate effectively with foremen, crew leaders, and other team members.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in various construction tasks as directed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety is a plus but not mandatory.
