Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning areas, digging trenches, or erecting scaffolding.
- Perform heavy lifting and physical labor as required by project specifications.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and correctly.
Qualifications
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, kneel, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors and safety officers.
- Basic reading and math skills are preferred.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
