Responsibilities
- Perform general physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials to job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with various tasks and duties.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and correctly under supervision.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring materials are organized and ready for daily use.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by cleaning up debris and adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints or work orders when provided.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is required; we will train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions (hot/cold).
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
