Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, and debris removal
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Support skilled trades with tasks like concrete pouring and framing
- Operate basic tools (shovels, saws, power washers) under supervision
- Adhere to project timelines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Basic tool handling experience preferred
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-4PM)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
