Responsibilities
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and moving construction materials
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools and equipment safely
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain job site organization
- Load/unload materials and equipment from trucks
- Assist in setting up scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction site safety practices
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Mesa and surrounding areas
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Previous construction/labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in team environments
