Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand tools and power equipment under supervision
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Assist in setting up temporary structures and scaffolding
- Complete daily cleanup and site maintenance duties
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – entry-level positions available
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Richmond area
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
