Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and stack construction materials safely and efficiently.
- Site Maintenance: Keep the work site clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision to assist skilled tradespeople.
- Demolition & Prep: Assist in site preparation, demolition, and cleanup tasks as directed.
- Tool Care: Inspect, clean, and store tools and equipment properly.
- Communication: Follow verbal instructions from supervisors and report safety issues immediately.
Qualifications
- No Experience Needed: Previous construction experience is a plus, but not required; we teach you everything you need to know.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable mode of transportation and a positive attitude.
- Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate with a diverse team of professionals.
- Attention to Detail: Commitment to safety protocols and high-quality work standards.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends if needed.
