Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on various construction sites, including digging, hauling, and lifting.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under the guidance of foremen.
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites to maintain a professional environment.
- Follow all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe workplace.
- Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies from delivery trucks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including standing, walking, and lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Ability to read and understand basic instructions or work orders.
- Must be available to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and overtime as needed.
