Responsibilities
- Assist with various construction tasks including framing, drywall, and general cleanup.
- Operate and maintain power tools and heavy machinery safely.
- Load and unload building materials from trucks and organize job sites.
- Mix concrete and prepare surfaces for finishing.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and site-specific protocols.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in construction labor is a plus but not required.
