Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor duties on active construction sites, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials efficiently.
- Operate and maintain basic construction tools and equipment under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and other trades with various site tasks to ensure project milestones are met.
- Ensure the job site remains clean, organized, and safe at all times by promptly disposing of debris.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and instructions when required to assist with project accuracy.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly without assistance.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for long periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are essential.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety guidelines diligently.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the USA.
