Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and equipment operation on active construction sites
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, excavation, and structural assembly
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Operate power tools and machinery including jackhammers, saws, and excavators
- Conduct site inspections and report hazards or maintenance needs
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Collaborate with crew members to meet nightly production targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience required
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work 10-hour shifts (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Experience operating hand/power tools and heavy machinery
