Responsibilities
- Execute heavy lifting, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and light machinery safely
- Assist skilled trades with concrete, framing, and site prep
- Maintain OSHA compliance and site cleanliness
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Perform night shift site security checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transport
- Flexible schedule (nights/weekends)
- Basic tool proficiency (hammers, saws, drills)
- Pass background/drug screening
