Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and material handling tasks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with OSHA certification
- Install/repair construction site utilities and drainage systems
- Maintain clean, organized work areas per safety standards
- Collaborate with skilled trades (electricians, plumbers)
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections
- Adhere to project timelines and quality control
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency
- Willingness to travel to Texas sites (expenses covered)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
