Responsibilities
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently to assist in construction activities.
- Load, unload, and distribute materials to designated areas on the job site.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the construction site to ensure safety compliance.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, concrete work, or demolition.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Signal equipment operators to facilitate safe and efficient operations.
- Transport debris and waste from the site to disposal areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in construction labor or a related skilled trade is a plus.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Willingness to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
