Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks during night shifts
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under low-light conditions
- Assist skilled trades with concrete work, framing, demolition, and site cleanup
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines for nighttime construction
- Read and interpret blueprints to execute tasks accurately
- Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for night shift reliability
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Drug-free workplace compliance required
