Responsibilities
- Execute manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under night shift conditions
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper waste disposal
- Collaborate with crew leads and cross-functional teams on complex projects
- Complete daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance checks
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety standards
- Strong physical stamina and ability to stand/walk 8+ hours
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Team-oriented mindset with clear communication skills
