Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete forming, rebar installation, and structural assembly
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, bulldozers, and concrete pumps
- Implement OSHA-compliant safety protocols across multi-story sites
- Coordinate material logistics with suppliers and subcontractors
- Perform advanced demolition and site remediation techniques
- Read and interpret complex blueprints and engineering specifications
- Maintain equipment calibration and preventive maintenance schedules
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial construction experience with night shift exposure
- OSHA 30-hour certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Expertise in concrete finishing, structural framing, and MEP coordination
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in confined spaces at heights
- Valid Washington driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency with power tools and laser-leveling systems
- Emergency response training (CPR/First Aid) preferred
