Responsibilities

- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using industry tools and techniques
- Prepare job sites and organize plumbing materials/equipment
- Perform basic pipe fitting and drain cleaning under supervision
- Maintain clean work areas and adhere to safety protocols
- Document work orders and client interactions accurately
Qualifications
- No experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain Tennessee plumbing certification (assisted)
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and emergencies
