Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation tasks including debris removal, excavation support, and material staging
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills, etc.) under supervision
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and maintain clean work zones
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications
- Manage inventory and transport materials using manual or mechanical methods
- Participate in daily team briefings and progress updates
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train from the ground up
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation training)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Atlanta metro
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality for night shifts
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
