Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools as directed by the site supervisor.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction tasks and duties.
- Perform daily site cleanup, including debris removal and equipment maintenance.
- Strictly follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and safety plans.
- Ensure quality workmanship on all assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and overtime.
- Basic math skills and ability to read and understand instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided for qualified candidates.
