Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site prep, and demolition tasks
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy equipment under supervision
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols
- Perform manual labor including lifting, carrying, and moving construction materials
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations as needed
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—comprehensive training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license with clean record preferred
- Availability to work flexible night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for material measurement and calculation

- Ability to work in all weather conditions (heat, rain, humidity)
