Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack construction materials and equipment at job sites.
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery safely.
- Perform general cleanup, debris removal, and site preparation.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Report any unsafe conditions or hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to read simple instructions.
- Reliable transportation to the Kansas City, MO - Ohio locations.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
- Must be available for weekend shifts and overtime.
