Responsibilities
- Execute physically demanding tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific hazard mitigation
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper tool/equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight night shift deadlines
- Perform site preparation and cleanup operations efficiently
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) with precision and safety
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to read blueprints and follow written instructions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills in diverse environments
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 4 AM) with flexible scheduling
- Experience with hand/power tools and heavy machinery operation
