Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks under night shift supervision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) and hand tools with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Collaborate with skilled trades on multi-phase commercial construction projects
- Inspect and maintain job site equipment and materials to prevent delays
- Adhere strictly to municipal building codes and safety regulations
- Participate in pre-shift planning and post-shift cleanup procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years verified construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Minnesota driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Proficiency with power tools and construction machinery
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (7 PM - 5 AM)
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
