Your Responsibilities:
- Perform general labor duties including digging, shoveling, and material handling.
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and debris removal.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and transport them to work areas.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and correctly.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe job site.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Must be willing and able to work the Night Shift (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; training is provided.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
