Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
- Operate basic construction equipment (e.g., jackhammers, saws, drills)
- Read and interpret blueprints to execute tasks accurately
- Maintain a safe, organized work area following OSHA standards
- Load/unload materials and transport tools to job sites
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Report hazards and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications

- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driverâs license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for measuring materials
